from brianna…

for as long as I can remember, I have been able to see the divine design taking place around us. you remember alan from the hangover movie? and the scene where he’s counting cards? suddenly he’s got all sorts of mathematical symbols floating around his head. similarly, I can see angles, equations, and forces taking place in and around people when they move.

I grew up watching family members dance, sing, play music, semi-professional and professional sport. athleticism and rhythm was built into my DNA, so I too danced, sung, played sports, and competed division 1. my instinctive skills ultimately lead me to study exercise science and biomechanics.

after graduating from hofstra university in 2016, I received a job offer assisting seven physical therapists. one specialized in neurological pt, two others in aqua and concussion pt, and four in sports medicine & orthopedics (one of which had worked with the los angeles dodgers and san francisco giants). the culmination of their backgrounds, experience, and expertise gave me a vast assortment of approaches, modalities, and the most efficient return to movement protocols.

as my own experience grew, so did my innate power. I was able to cue optimal alignment, breath, neuromuscular activation, and force output, leading those I worked with to successful rehabilitation, and efficient return to movement.

by 2019 I was feeling greatly accomplished having spent over fifty hours a week for four years, working with the bay area’s best in pt, corporate wellness, and fitness. however, I had a feeling I had not peaked, and that there was something else waiting for me. yoga was a practice I had picked up in high school, so it was quite the surprise to be introduced to pregnancy and postpartum strength through my yoga teacher training certification. almost a decade later. it occurred to me that no one in my degree, nor anyone in my post undergrad study had ever mentioned this! this was the easter egg I was looking for. the decision to pivot and leave my corporate wellness position became clear.

coaching was even more natural as a pregnancy, birth, and postpartum exercise specialist. I felt aligned educating and providing the tools necessary to perform, birth, live, and recover better. when I began teaching the other coaches on my team my birth and labor techniques, our most power tool revealed itself to me.

connecting our breath to the deep core pressure management system allows us to stabilize the system (lower stress). the more coherent the breath, the better pressure management, and the lower the risk of dysfunction, injury, and pain. coherency of breath, mind and body, unlocks the powers to heal, increasing performance, recovery, strength, and longevity.

now, with over 15,000 hours of experience training the trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum populations, and 11 years coaching athletes, coaches, individual, and corporate clients, I confidently deliver, elite specialized programming, the best fitness, cardiovascular disease and injury prevention, orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation management services to persons returning to movement, sport, play, &beyond!

my mission is to provide safe, sacred spaces, for humans to return to their sacred roots in order to heal, perform, and recover best.

relive pain, prevent injury, increase strength, increase longevity!
