hi, I’m brianna houston.

I’m an all seasons athlete, yoga instructor, and pregnant postpartum strength coach. I specialize in injury prevention nervous system coherency, and orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation management.

for as long as I can remember, I have been able to see the biomechanics taking place as I watch people move. I grew up playing a lot of sports , dancing and I started my yoga practice in 2009 (not knowing I would teach just 10 years later). I was also a competitive division 1 cheerleader and 3x national champion. I went to school for exercise science (and knew I was in the right field), but I had no idea what I wanted to do or what it would look like, let alone if I would ever start my own business! however my instincts spoke, my superpower, seeing angles and equations float through space as movement took place, allowed me to see optimal movement patterns for the physical therapy patients I trained and I fell in love with getting people out of pain and back to strength!

I feel my most whole and natural providing the tools necessary to relieve pain, prevent injury, increase strength and increase longevity.

with over 50,000 hours of experience training the trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum populations, and 10 years coaching athletes, coaches, individual, and corporate clients, I confidently deliver, elite programming, the best fitness, cardiovascular disease and injury prevention, orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation management services to persons returning to movement, sport, play, &beyond!
