    to increase strength, the demand must increase - duration, reps, resistance, sets. in this training phase, we use progressive overload to increase muscular coordination, strength and size.

    continued movement practice deepens the mind-body connection and protects against repeat injury and pain. by embracing challenge, your confidence, commitment, and intention sharpen.
