    to increase strength, the demand must increase - duration, reps, resistance, sets. in this training phase, we use progressive overload to increase muscular coordination, endurance, strength and size.

    increasing demand deepens the mind-body connection and protects against pressure mismanagement, injury and pain. by embracing challenge, your commitment, intention, and confidence sharpens.

    build is where you reach higher levels of athleticism and self.

    the ability to manage stress, remain balanced, calm in chaos or unpredictable environments, is the not so secret secret to longevity. by continuing to practice coherence (of breath, mind-body, and movement) you increase efficiency and rhythm. you then begin to work in your frontal lobe, activating alpha brain waves as opposed to beta. it is in this state that we continue perform and recover best.
